Going to the Last Dispatch at the Hatch Shell for my first concert ever. In high school, Dispatch was all I would listen to. I studied the music, learning every song I could on guitar. However, I soon learned that the band had split and I feared I'd never get to see the band that really introduced me to music, live. Getting to see this band, in Boston, along with 110,000 other fans was truly a magical moment and one I will never forget. No matter how many concerts I've been to since, how many times I've seen Dispatch and State Radio, this will forever be the greatest musical day of my life. Side note, I have been able to spot myself in the All Points Bulletin DVD during Headlights over by the General George S. Patton Jr. statue.
